Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom items. Each product is created specifically to your approved design, color, and specifications.

Order Approval

Once your design and color selections are approved, your order is considered final.
No changes, edits, or cancellations can be made after approval. If you would like to make changes after approval, a new order must be placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds in the case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

If you believe your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

Once reviewed, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following are not considered defects:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Design approved by customer prior to production
